1 1/2 C. Sugar
1/2 C. Butter unsalted
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Vanilla
3/4 C. Baking Cocoa
3/4 C. Gerti's GF flour
1 tsp. Baking Powder
Optional: chocolate chips and walnuts.

Oven 350° Oven 350°
Heat butter, sugar and salt until melted and combined. Pour into mixing bowl. Add vanilla and cocoa mix well, add eggs and mix until shiny. Add Gerti's GF flour and baking powder (add chocolate chips, walnuts if desired). Pour into a parchment lined 9x9 pan. Bake for 34-37 minutes.
I made this as a last minute, got to take something to the neighbors, dessert. They loved them, declaring they were the best ever. They are not gluten free people. 😊
