1/4 C. Baking Cocoa
2 1/2 C. Gerti's GF flour
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 tsp. Salt
3/4 C. Unsalted Softened Butter
3/4 C. Brown Sugar
1/2 C. Sugar
2 Large Eggs (room temp)
2 tsp. Vanilla
1 12oz package Dark Chocolate Chips
Oven 375°
Combine the dry ingredients and set aside.
Using a stand mixer or a hand mixer, cream together butter and the two sugars well. Add the two eggs and vanilla mix until combined. Add the dry mix and chocolate chips, mixing and toe combined. Put cookie dough into a plastic bag. Put it into the freezer for at least 3 hours or even better, overnight. Remove from freezer, break off cookie dough and make roundish balls. Place them on a parchment lined cookie sheet. Bake for 9-12 minutes.
These are my favorite cookies, so decadent.
