Ingredients:
- 2 ½ cups of Gerti’s Gluten-Free Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup butter (softened)
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1 12oz package gluten-free chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together the Gerti’s Gluten-Free Flour, baking soda, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
- Stir in the gluten-free chocolate chips.
- Put dough in a freezer safe bag. Freeze for atleast 5 hours.
- Drop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool on a wire rack before enjoying these delicious, gluten-free cookies!
I love this recipe!! I make a batch and keep them in the freezer. When the granddaughters are visiting I can just pop some in the oven for a special treat.
