1 1/4 Cup Applesauce
1 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Veggie Oil
2 Large Eggs
3 Tbsp. Milk
2 Cups Gerti's GF flour blend
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1/4 tsp. Nutmeg
1/4 tsp. Allspice
1/4 tsp. Salt
Preheat oven 350 degrees.
Lightly grease 9x5 loaf pan
Combine Applesauce, Sugar, Oil, Eggs and Milk in a large bowl, beat until well mixed.
Sift in GF Flour, Baking Soda, Baking Powder, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Allspice, and Salt.
Stir until smooth. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake until toothpick inserted into
center is clean, about 1 hour to 1 1/4 hours (depends on your oven).
We love this at our house. It's so quick and easy to bake and really yummy. If there's
still some left on the 3rd day we make French toast with it.
